What happens in Practice laps? all data changed

Something weird is happening in test laps:
I was making my 3rd test lap to C Palmer and I saw him say something conflicting with his previous test laps


I tried to logoff and logon and this is the situation, 3rd lap disappeared from C Palmer and appeared like 5th lap for W Evans.



So what's happening? Evans is driving Palmer's car without permission?

Again!
Look at the drivers: first driver made 3 laps but it says 2nd lap, second driver made 3 laps and it says 4th lap, what's happening?
Logout and reconnect: Evans first lap (soft) is transferred to Palmer :/
