Try clearing cache, also are you on the latest software version?

Translate Bruno, it's on the list of things the developers will look at. But the are many things on that list and some have higher priority (e.g. the crashes that some people still face) so you'll have to have a bit of patience.
As a workaround, can you try opening igpmanager.com in a browser and see if you can copy-paste from there?
