Up until may I change my setup

Hey.

I usually set a strategy in case I can't be online for the race. I always assume conditions will be dry. But let's say a few minutes before the race the track is wet and I wanna change my initial... how do you call it? Each combination of tyres+fuel you use between pitstops? Sorry, I'm not an English speaker. Anyway, how minutes before the race must I change tyres and/or fuel before they're 'locked'?

The set up 'lock out' is up to 10 minutes before the race starts, after which you can no longer change your car set up, or fuel loads.

You can though change your starting tyre, if the weather conditions have changed between the race start and the set up 'lock out' period ;-)
