Best way to spend Tokens?

Hey.

I was gonna say "most efficient way", but the title lenght limitation is so ridiculously low that I can never write a proper and clear title for my threads.

Anyway, what do you guys consider the most efficient way to spend tokens, at least in the early game?

My current Manager level is 10, my Design Centre is 5, Manufacturing is upgrading to I think 5, Simulator is 4 and the other buildings are 2.

My 2 drivers are 4 1/2 stars; they're still the initial drivers, same as my staff, who are all 1 star with the exception of my CD, who I just signed this season and is 4 stars.

My guessing is the best I could do right now with tokens is speed up HQ building. If this is correct, up to what level should I do that? If not, what other options do you ccnsider better?

My personal take on this: i would get a talent 20 driver first, then upgrade technology building.  then get a good CD and TD as that would give you a big spying advantage.  this is why upgrading design building is not that important for now.  next is production building, simulator building and a decent DR
