Weather Delay?

Just a quick one, I've searched for the answer. I used to think it was 15 minutes, but now I'm hearing and seeing 2 hours. Can anybody confirm the actual weather delay from the weather provider to the game?

I kind of see it as realtime update.
When I check wether for rain, it starts where the provider says so, and stop accordingly.

What I see is that it depends on the rain probability as of when it stats to rain.
