Hello and thanks in advance for the game,
But I raced on Monday (yesterday)... Around 22:00 GMT
THIS morning (Tuesday) I changed to another league. I think I should be able to race in my new league today...
Instead I receive this standard answer:
"As we may only take part in one league race per day, we are excluded from the upcoming race at 'China' in this league. Our first race will be the one after."
I think I know what might have happened. Since my previous league had races at 8:30pm, and my new league races at 7:30pm, the game must have considered it as being less than a day....
However, I feel this is totally unfair. There will be no other race on my new league today, and the next is only Thursday. Which means that after racing once on Monday I'll be kept from racing on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Did I make myself clear enough??
Please, help me solve that before 7pm GMT today, so I can still take part in this new league I've joined.... :S

Hi Andrew.
You are correct, there are only 23 hours between the last race in your previous league and the first race in your current league which is the reason the game is preventing you from competing.
It does seem a little unfair but this game is played all over the world, even spanning the International Date Line. The game treats a day as 24 hours and prevents you from racing twice within any 24 hour period.
I don't think the support team can override this and TBH I doubt they would make an exception for fear of opening the floodgates to similar requests. I think you're going to have to live with it and chalk it up to experience.

Ok Kevin. Thanks for your kind answer.
I'll make a suggestion here even though it's not the right place. Later I try to add it together with other suggestions in the most appropriate area.
I swap leagues because I really wanted to try a league with two cars, which seems to be much less common throughout the game... I understand that is a legitimate reason.
I also know that this idea of one per day might sound simple on our minds but it's not so simple for the software and in terms of coding... Which creates this type of frustrating situation (where players might have to wait more than 24h to be able to play again).
So, my suggestion to reduce/eliminate this is to:
Either
Reduce the time span for 20h or so (it will not facilitate league hopping since nobody really stays awake for 20h a day on a regular base);
Or
Use GMT as the absolute timer to internally count the days, so no matter what I do I'll never be able to play more than once, without always having to wait for more than 24h to start playing in the league that I prefer.
