Their is a driver on the transfer market which I want to purchase but it won't allow me to. It says that I don't have enough money even though the driver cost 4.4Mil and I have 5.2Mil to spend. I even used tokens to get more money but it still won't allow me

Was there a bid active on another driver or staff? Because the game would lock the money needed for that other auction until lost or paid for.

No their wasn't, I was the only person and I tried to use 9 tokens to buy the driver. And it said that I didn't have enough money

Not from someone else on this driver but another bid by you on a different driver or staff in an auction that's still ongoing or ended a short time ago (unsuccessfully).
