Hi. With the latest update on April 10th. It is not clear to me and the players from my league what exactly has changed in the game. If the pilot’s mistakes in qualification are clear to us. That is the rest of what is described to us is not clear. Perhaps due to translation difficulties. In particular, this section of text we cannot understand what exactly changed:

"Improved design scaling when promoting for fairer balance.
Hotfix for odd design values not improving car performance."

Can we explain in more detail what exactly does this mean?

Since the change in design ranges, when teams were promoted from Pro to Elite their car design for the opening race was lower than the other cars in the tier putting them at a big disadvantage early in the season. Read here
The statement Improved design scaling when promoting for fairer balance means this bug has been fixed.

Again since the recent doubling of design range in Elite, a few managers had noticed that you needed to add two points to a design attribute to make a difference. An improvement would not be gained for odd points. For example if you improved F.E. from 20 to 21 there would be no reduction in fuel consumption, but if you went from 21 to 22 there was a reduction. So the end result was you had to use 2 dp to go from 20 to 22 to get an improvement.
The announcement Hotfix for odd design values not improving car performance means that every point now counts.

I hope that makes sense when translated.
