I was curious and wanted to know two unrelated questions.

1. Around what age do drivers retire?

2. Why can’t I profit from a race?  I’ve tried everything from the best paying sponsors to the cheapest suppliers to emptying my reserve, but none of it’s working.

P.S. sorry about the typo in the title, it’s supposed to be... ah forget it, the post clears everything up.

35 is the earliest they consider retirement, 40 is when they definitely will.

the oldest driver I’ve ever seen run was 34 years old. Regarding profits, I answer that yes, it is possible to profit. To explain it better I will tell you that there are two types of profit: 1. the fixed income paid by the sponsor regardless of the result of the race. 2. the bonuses paid to you for doing well in the races and reaching goals. I recommend that you choose the sponsor with the best income and the lowest bonus, as they will choose goals that are affordable and easy to meet. One reason for not making a profit may be because you are failing to achieve the result of the races. Another tip I give you is that changing your drivers, paying more than 600k in a talented driver 2 does not pay. Another suggestion is to sell your doctor, at the moment you won't need it. I hope this helps.

Thank you, I think I will call this one solved.
