I got an driver/ team  he logging in but not repair his car that affecting the races, am i allowed to kick him.  Most races this season his car not finshed the race, green flag VSC most races.

If there is a league rule stating that managers must repair their car and someone does not comply, issue a warning first, then if he fails to heed the warning it would be permissible kick him.
