Market or academy pilots?

I am in doubt as to whether it is better to pay for transferable pilots or to promote, buy and train one from the academy.



I also don't know if it's better to have 19 or 20 stars because I've seen pilots whose stats were all 20 but they have 19 stars...  There are some who run more than others with the same level, others who are younger and run more...



Maybe that's the problem I don't know what you have to have to be a good driver.

Market driver : Cost more per race but higher experience and stats.
Academy : Cost less per race but lower experience and stats.

I prefer to promote a driver. It's like I'm proud of him after few seasons :d

experience doesn't mean much at the races, I suggest you promote a driver from your gym and train him. Because they are cheap, they will not bankrupt your team lol ... on the levels, it doesn't matter. What will be taken into account is the pilots' skills and how well trained they are.

Never mind the bankruptcy, I'm far from it.

So an academy student is just a transfer student with the same level?

Age-wise, I'd rather have them young.

yes, they weaken, but they evolve. I particularly prefer to climb, I believe that because they are young they have better results when trained.

So, Do you prefer young pilots or young trained academy pilots?
