Is the car compatibility affected by the suppliers we choose ? Ie. does the car compatibility take into account the plus and minus given by suppliers ?

No, in car rewiev u see only base stat, without supplier

I'm afraid I have to disagree. In the overview tab, you get the figures with the suppliers. It's when you add design points that you see the figures without (even if the modifiers are recalled).
Anyway, it's in the next race window I'm asking if the number of stars takes into account the figures with or without the +/- from suppliers...
Does anyone know ?

Overview ur car - u see stat with supplier.
In review tab(research) u see stat of another team without supplier.

OK. Well that was not the aim of my question. The question is in the next race window, does the stars of car compatibility take into account the suppliers or not... ? Anyone else ?

The whole compatibility star rating is something of a mystery. In a test league I have observed half a star difference in compatibility between teams with identical total design but balanced differently across the various attributes.
I never had the time, money or inclination to test all of the supplier permutations at any one circuit to see if the compatibility rating changes.
TBH, the only people who could give a definitive answer to this are the developers but I doubt very much that they will.
