Tyre Wear in Practice

Hey guys,

I was just wondering what the situation was regarding the tyre wear rates in practice sessions, are the rates that show per lap representative of average pace laps or higher/lower on the Push bar? I know temperature and conditions can have an effect but in general i'm curious as it will sway my tyre selection for the coming race.

What does everyone take as the drop-off point for tyres percentage wise now? 

I used to play 7/8 years ago but I’m sure everything has changed a lot since then

40% is what I heared other ppl do

30-40%. Fuel is much more important. Tyre percentage doesn't matter that much anymore

Yeah i've come to realise this, i just needed to know that real pace drop off point though. It's all been a success so far so i can't complain!

No less than 40% tyres

No more than 50L fuel

Seems to have worked well for me in first rookie season.
