Is it just me or is there an extreme shortage of CD and TD to find replacement or get a better director?

Can train my drivers full, to lvl20, all maxed out everything, but I still have to encounter a lvl20 CD or TD, only see lvl19 and they are old and expensive and dont carry strong/weak points of interest.

I hope this can and will be adressed soon

Of course there’s a shortage as they’re one of the most Important factors of the game, they get quick bought for 9 tokens if any good come up. The only way is to get a young CD, and spend 100tokens on changing the strength and weaknesses to what you want (50 each)



I agree. They should be more rare as they're higher level. You can't just pick an Adrian Newey or Colin Chapman off of the shelf. And like you said, by the time you're looking for a level 19 or 20 CD, you should have the resources to be able to afford to edit them. I'm currently saving for that even when I get to level 19 ??

Hi Maarten,

Most of the CD and TD in the market are level 19. It's something difficult to find a level 20. But don't worry, to have a CD level 19 is exactly the same as having a level 20. There isn't any difference.

I've got 2 5 star level 18 cds, will I have to upgrade them when I get to level 19, or is there little point?

Yeah, if you want maxed research (43.00001% as opposed to 42.85 for example) and full DP generation for next season's car

These are the results of some testing I did a few months ago. A L20 account in a 15 race season using different level CDs.

No problem Jack. Regarding your question, when you get to L19 I expect your L18 CDs will become 4.5 star and will then act as per row three in the table.

In the unlikely event they continue to display as 5 star to your L19 account they will act as row 2.

Awesome, so the stars rating is the most key factor? If they only drop to 4.5, they'll still be pretty useful then, which is good because ive got 2 with perfect strengths and weaknesses and they're hard to find ??
