My 9pm league is pretty active with 20 out of 21 teams in elite are live during the majority of races, the pro tier has several active players but is lacking due to the rookie tier having no active players at all, what’s worse is I haven’t seen a new player join the league for over a season, and it is becoming increasingly frustrating because It’s impossible to gain a healthy rotation of newbies to bolster the pro tier. On the other hand my 7pm league recruits new players within minutes of removing inactive accounts with no problem at all. What is preventing new players from finding and joining my 9pm league?

The reason is most likely that the league filters were fixed. I see your league isn't racing Saturday, but the filters are pre-set to daily, so only accounts setting their preferences to not race Saturday will see it now. Your other league is probably racing daily at a popular time, so doesn't have this problem.

no .... the reason is that all new managers are OBLIGED to join a league that runs every day at 7pm.  therefore all other leagues are at a disadvantage.  it is difficult for a new manager to immediately figure out how to find a league at the best hour for him and quit.  I don't think it's that difficult to have the best options for new managers directly choose.  but if i write this then i am told i am arrogant so pretend i didn't write anything.

Thanks and I thought as much, so I take it I would have to change my 9pm to race daily to stand any chance of attracting and gaining new players?

Yes, as it currently stands there seems to be no other choice than to match the league filter standard in order to attract new players. For well established leagues it might work to keep well filled with being a good choice for players not being satisfied with their initial league selection and looking for a better one, but that requires well filled active tiers down to Rookie.

I suppose I've to plead guilty there. I was afraid that might be the case as I remembered the new player league choice page being much more limited, and appearing to be mandatory if you don't know better, compared to the normal league search, but haven't properly checked the steps of creating a new team recently enough to be certain it's (still) the case so I worded it more carefully.
