Last night I paid 3 tokens for ideal setup and today's whilst opening the daily gifts I got an ideal setup. My question is will my 2nd ideal setup transfer to the next race or can I get a refund for the 3 tokens I spent.

Yh, I'm just asking if one of the two ideal setup would automatically transfer to next race.

It doesn't, even if you have 2 cars only 1 gets ideal setup

It's not really the game's fault you lost those tokens. Was just the luck of the draw. If you see an ideal setup coming in your daily rewards (usually day 7 unless I'm mistaken) and you already have an ideal setup you can click off the daily reward screen and just wait until the race has finished and then use it for the next race. I would recommend taking note of ideal setups for each race so you don't have to pay tokens for them any more and thus not be put in this situation again.
