Support can reset accounts if this is definitely what you want to do. However, you're L20 and would lose drivers, staff and the headquarters you've built.

Perhaps a better approach is to put this account into hibernation by removing it from the league and create a new account with a second email address.

It's your choice, if you really want to reset this account please confirm and I'll flag it for support.

Hello 

Resetting accounts is not an option in iGP Manager. We can delete your account so you may start with a fresh account.
You can,delete sending a request to the Helpdesk. https://igpmanager.com/helpdesk.php  (remember that account deletions are permanent and cannot be undone).
You will also no longer be able to respond to the ticket once we delete your account.
