For the support team to accept the request, it has to be made by the manager wanting promotion.
If the manager (s) write here saying they want promoting, and the request fits the rest of the criteria, I will flag it to the support team's attention.
Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
EDIT - As of April 2020, the support team no longer accept promotion requests due to a lack of promotion zone. Sorry.
