Account is Corrupt

Hi..... repeatedly i have asked for help and yet to have anything on this account i can quali well but then drop anywhere from 7 to 15 places in the first 3 laps sure im heavier you say but no the cars around me go longer or the same amount of laps, car design its not perfect but i point to the quali statement, driver is all 20 bar exp but ive swapped drivers in and out with 20 exp same thing happens so not that, car will be fast for a few laps and maintain pace then drop like a stone through the field no its not strategy as the cars that start on the same strategy maintain the front group of cars and more often than not win the race or place top 5 

i have reached out to support who took 12 days to respond to tell me that they will pass on to a team to look into it that was 6 days ago so I'm again not expecting much.... and im guessing this will just be closed off or left with no response like most of the bug issues that appear on here but well thought i'd try this avenue again

It’s definitely not your account being corrupt (I suspect push levels). Change up a few things (no matter how small) for your next season.

You mentioned some circumstances but leave a lot out... 

PL is definitely a big factor in igp.. 

You may have the same strategy but obviously have much different driving habits...

How competitive is your league? Sounds like very to me... yet another big factor. For every maneuver you do, rest assured they(rest of managers in race) are doing the same and in this case it seems like maybe more....

You did mentioned car design.....where it all starts... you could have the best strat, drivers and staff... if you're not allocating your CD points According to track's characteristics then you're a shooting yourself in the foot. 

Now the ugliest of all factors.... tires in correlation to track's temp.... I don't quite understand this one completely.....but I know enough to tell you that it is also a big factor....

nope small details are not it the game is corrupt and this is just a joke as the support is none existent in this game just had a race i qualified 2nd dropped to 8th in the first 3 laps stayed with the front group first, 2 stints on the same strategy 11ss-16s-16s-10s at italy and pitted with the bunch then just no pace and drop off the back to 22nd place i give up........ oh and as for the support team email im sure anyone that has attempted to get help knows its useless to reach out time for some better run games i think and less buggy then this

Dun, would it possible you record a vid of you doing the first few laps of race and putting it here?
That way community might be able to discover the reason of your problems.

Yes i think its push level related, if you could upload a video we can look if thats the problem or if there’s a bigger issue

So this is the way we are advised to get help yet you direct me to the forum and then do nothing.... this is doing nothing but prove this games only focus is money, and providing little to no support to a bug filled game..... but here is a great idea add new features that create money but dont fix issues that are current and some that are years old typical of a dying game that is just being milked as much from as possible.....

honestly it's a bit difficult to answer your question .... it's not to defend support but i don't think vhe have a chance to do a similar check .... departures have problems. if you want advice you can do  the test of going for a while in a league with a reduced speed 1x or 1.5x. I noticed that with these race speeds the starts are more regular than with a 2x.  if you do let me know thanks.

Maybe it is fuel load, maybe it is driver fitness, maybe something else. A pic or a vid might be helpful.

Or tyre temp, tech level, etc etc. Have to agree, a video would be helpfull.

On Mobile u make a screenshot und Upload the file to an image hoster. The provided link can be referenced in ur post here.
If u use a PC, u may make a screenshot by print key. Or u use some software like Greenshot.

its not anything to do with push levels or fuel or car design or anything like that as mid race my car just drops pace for a period then comes back to pace then drops again it is either something to do with the account im done sick of stupid things being added but absolutely no support had a email from a support person months ago saying they would get back to me with a fix how ever seems like the focus isnt on support but other things 

My guy several people offered to help you,all they asked for is for proof of your problems (so, a recording of a video) and yet you have shown a grand total of 0 proofs of your issues. As others have pointed out, the problem could range from being a PL issue, to tyre overheat, to bad race strategies, to bad car design/development, etc.
Btw, have you considered at any point that the problem with your account is... yourself? Instead of making some illuminati conspiracy theories about "corrupted accounts" lol.

Dun, if we, the members of the forum, are supposed to help u, we need more info. For the beginning, post a race result table of one of your cars of such an incident (in a reader-friendly manner, please). That we might get a better understanding of your problem.

I tried to add evidence to my claim. If I didn't, the answers I might have gotten answers like "it's coincidence" or "it's the driver", etc.
