Images in the forum

I'm trying to upload a picture on the forum 
I've seen a post explaining how to do it I think I'm doing it wrong. When I finish it shows the link not the picture 

Make sure you user "Insert an image" rather than "Insert a link". If you click "View source" of your message, it got to show "[ img ]" - Tag (without spaces).

Thanks Cole. Initially I tried using prnt.sc but it didn't work. Then I used www.postimage.org and it was very easy.
