Promote from pro to elite

Hi, I'm wondering if u can promote a team from pro to elite in my league, IGP Elite Club 2, he joined from IGP Elite Club after being relegated, he'd an Elite driver and having only 1 other team in pro and 1 space in elite im hoping u will promote him. The league ID is 139907 and the team name is Steve Celic 79. Thank you very much

Send the two of them to our league, it will enable our promotion to Elite. Then once they get themselves promoted they can re-join yous :) 

Thanks James Greer, I've been asked to wait and see what the mods/devs say first, then I will pass on ur offer. The problem is the only other team in pro I don't think sets up anyways and being we only have teams in elite as we are a relatively new league

They maybe not want to join us because only one car to race with, but it's worth a try for me trying to get them in with us.
