Driver abilities don’t change

Hi everyone, 
so my driver, who’s 4.5 stars, won’t go over 12 in his driving abilities (he’s a T20) even though I train him. I thought the maximum was 20? Or am I missing something?

Hello,

Have you got the training focus set to driving ability? If itis set to physical or mental, the driving ability stats will not go up any further (until you swit h bwck to driving ability.
Having it set to "all" can mean that any of the attributes go up and this can mean that Driving Ability may not increase for a while.

You're best bet for making sure that driving ability increases is to make sure that the training focus is set accordingly; this can be changed with the arrow next to the train button.

Hi, thanks for the answer. 

Yes, it’s set on driving ability, so that’s why I find it odd. I’ll try again tomorrow once the energy is restored, but I’m pretty sure it didn’t change last two times I tried (in fact, all the driving abilities are now at 12 since a couple of days)

You are correct, the maximum for each attribute is 20 so you haven't maxed out your training.

You are L10, your driver is also L10 which means training progress will become agonisingly slow. How much does the progress bar move each time you press the training button?

When the driver is the same level as the team this can be as low as 3% (when training multiplier is x1) which means you will only get about 20% to 30% progress each day unless you heal a driver with tokens or watch ads. As a result, to move just one of your drivers attributes from 12 to 13 could take as long as four or five days of training.

When your team levels up to 11 the training will become more effective until the driver once again catches up with the team level.

Oh ok thanks for the answer! I got it. I’ll wait to level up then to see faster progress.

The bar moves up 14% each time I train him, and I completed the 100% required multiple times, set on driving ability, it still doesn’t go up from 12. The bar reaches 100% and then simply resets itself to 0-5%, without enhancing one driving ability. It’s really odd

Hello,

I just trained your driver with 10x, he went to 13 in three of the "driving ability" with three training at 10x .
I have restored your driver's health. You can now try training your driver only in driving skills and at 10x , It should increase.
