Hi everyone,
If a strategy if defined by litres of fuel, determining how many laps per stint, why would a car not pit a lap sooner to avoid running out of fuel?
My two cars couldn't complete the first stint, going past the pits entry with 2.4 litres remaining when 2.8 were needed per lap. I was not seeing the race live, unfortunately.
It seems quite silly, and discouraging after planning for a good strategy.
Thanks for your help ?
