[Transfers] Doctors / Filtering Staff Role

Hi there guys, having an issue with the Transfers where I cannot find ANY doctors and there is no function to sort through the list to look for Doctors. So far I spotted one Doctor in the sea of Chief Designers and Technical Directors and would ask if there is any immediate plans to help locate Doctors more easily?

+1 I have clicked the "Role" button so many times, just to be disappointed that it doesn't work. I'm sure they are working on it though! I saw Jack say that first comes stability and fairness, then the goodies.

Filter would be a good option.

i would like to see a filter on these things, when i go into staff, there are lots of CD's and DR's and hardly any TD's and the ones that are there are not interesting. there should be filters for age groups, countries and genders as well as star rating.

I simply don't understand why they DIDN'T include search filters in there. It's impossible to find any drivers with the attributes that I'm looking for. I have to click each one to see what they can do.

@Kare : I believe they wanted the market to be a hunt for drivers and staff so I think they won't change it but the ability to see attributes next to the name would be a great feature.
