How is this possible?

I would like to know if it is possible to get from the transfer market talents 30, very high level and ability to overtake in legendary.
I know the theory, there shouldn't be drivers of higher level than yours on the market but regarding the talent I don't understand why there are managers (one in particular) who have bought drivers on the transfer market with talent 30 when he is lower level.

I guess he bought and boosted the skill.

For those who say that this is possible, I have been monitoring this for more than 25 years and only drivers of my level and talents of maximum two talent levels higher than my level appear on the market.

I really don't understand. I also don't understand that they are able to maintain an acceptable economy. Each one will charge more than 1.7 million. If there are two of them, it will be 3.4 million per race for drivers alone. A total of 74.8 million + other staff in leagues of 22 races per season. A savagery that can only be sustained with a lot of real money.

You can not get a driver higher level. But you can most certainly get a talent 30 driver. 

The drivers you are seeing in the market (Same level as you + 2 talent higher) are the system generated ones. Most of the time if you see they don’t come with a past team history and 3-5 experience.

You can find a T30 in the market at levels lower than 28 only if someone else bought them from academy and put it up for auction. Which is exactly how I have got one of my current drivers and one in the past (that one came with Legendary Racecraft skill).
