I know I've been complaining a lot on the forum lately, but honestly, this is unacceptable.
Recently, you rejected a proposal about game costs, where a moderator redirected me to another forum post saying "It's not my fault if you don't read the forum" as a way to defend themselves and avoid giving proper explanations for rejecting my proposal. They argued these price increases were necessary because as a freemium game, they need players to support them by purchasing tokens to cover server maintenance - and I want to emphasize this last point.
The servers have been TERRIBLE since the update. Absolutely. Every race has server lag affecting not just one or two players - in races with 16-20 live players, up to 14 report lag issues, constant stuttering, and game freezes. This happens on both desktop and mobile versions, with mobile being worse - the game fails disgustingly, forcing players to restart the app, sometimes switching between mobile data and 5G connections. The performance is unacceptably bad, and we won't accept being told it's our connections. We've tested on 4G/5G mobile data, 100+ Mbps download-upload speeds on 5Ghz band, PC via WiFi or direct LAN cable - all perform terribly. This week, in two races we organized, everyone experienced lag, making the game unplayable and forcing restarts.
If you're going to increase all costs, we demand IMMEDIATE server improvements. We don't want to be aggressive, but enough is enough. Just as you increased prices overnight saying we need to support the team, we demand this support be immediately reflected in server upgrades. We're not asking for race reruns - we want server fixes NOW. Otherwise, we demand you revert the price increases, because it's outrageous to raise prices (partially justified as server maintenance) while delivering this abysmal server quality.

And so, every race, I always lose pace in the end because I can't stay the whole race because the servers are terrible.
It's just disappointing to play like this.

It's a shame the game has lag. As mobile players, we could play in 2D and 3D modes without our devices getting hot or having connection issues. Now, with the update, we can only play in 2D, and in short, play at all. Even with high-end phones, we still have the bug.
Hopefully, they can fix that problem soon.
YAnd also don't get sucked with the prices

I've been trying to log in all the time... ALL OF IT, and I never log in...
It never loads. I go to other games, they load instantly, no problems at all. I only see these lag issues with iGP Manager.
And then they tell me I have to spend real money to support them in maintaining the servers for a game I can't even log into comfortably because the servers aren't in optimal condition.
If they tell me it's my connection, well, I'll take my 1GB download connection to other games, because it would be the last straw if they blame my connection when it works instantly in other games.

The servers have been terrible since the update. I've lost victories and podiums because of the game's poor optimization. It’s so bad that I don’t even feel like playing anymore. And just now, in the race, I lost a podium because the game froze right when everyone had already used their KERS. It’s simply disappointing how the game is running.

I completely agree, and I find it extremely frustrating that this game, which I use to unwind after a long day, is becoming increasingly unplayable due to its poor performance and endless issues. I have invested in the in-game currency on multiple occasions, yet instead of improvements, the game keeps getting worse. The constant bugs and performance problems not only make progression difficult but also turn what should be a fun and relaxing experience into a frustrating one.
Honestly, I think it's time to start looking for an alternative because this is becoming unbearable.

would like to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of IGP Manager, especially regarding server optimization and the lack of attention from the administration.
Since the latest updates, the game's performance has significantly worsened. Races are full of lag, with stuttering every few seconds, which directly affects the player experience. It is unacceptable that, in a racing management game where strategy and precision are key, technical failures are the reason for losing points, podiums, and victories.
Furthermore, the administration seems to ignore the community’s complaints. There are no clear responses or effective solutions to the problems that players face daily. Instead, they continue to focus on selling tokens and liveries at exorbitant prices, justifying it with server maintenance, when clearly, the servers are not up to standard.
It is disappointing to see how a game with so much potential is affected by poor optimization and an administration that lacks commitment to its community. If they truly want IGP Manager to remain competitive and appealing, they should prioritize game stability and player satisfaction rather than focusing solely on monetization.
I hope this complaint is taken into account and that real improvements in the servers and game management are made soon.

Honestly, I appreciate everyone expressing their dissatisfaction with the game's lag, because it's something we've all experienced in the game.
I know most of them and have raced with them. Others raced together today. We're in the same league, and in these weeks since we've seen the problem, it's something we're all experiencing.
Today, my teammate and I lost an easy podium due to lag on the most important corner. Many have suffered things like this for months. I understand that none of them wanted to express it. Most of them tend to ignore it or rerun, leaving the lag problem as it is. But with the latter, about the increased costs of everything in tokens for server maintenance and seeing that the servers are becoming more unstable every day, we had to complain and speak up. Because really, if it's already difficult to keep active players, now imagine if they get frustrated by the lag.
We are waiting for a solution to this, because honestly, we are thinking about it, I can proudly say that thanks to the fact that I like the game and I have promoted it in the last 2 years in Facebook groups, giving it a good reputation, we have created a community where I have brought more than 70 players to the game, and 30 are currently active, and it seems to me that if they take the decision to ban us for expressing our annoyance, they will show why iGP Manager is more and more dead every day and how they treat their community that despite everything is loyal.

After looking into it, we found that multiple accounts were being used from the same IP address (most of them were farming so thanks for making this easier) to flood the topic with replies.
This made it difficult for us to accurately gauge if there’s actually an issue affecting players or if the topic was being artificially inflated.
