I am looking into it. We know why this happened, a server migration was underway and was unsuccessful, we're roling back to the old server.

what about the races running? are delayed for tomorrow or just end "normal"?

As for individual cases we will just have to see how it pans out, I am very sorry about this interruption. We expected the transfer to be seamless but some services didn't like the change and shut down. We are investigating why this happened and have done our best to get them all back online.
