Some problem with practice happens also to me, this is the situation of my drivers (look at 3rd lap):
Taylor practices:
Walker no practices at all:
In practice result both drivers appear,
It seems also that the answer to 3rd setup was given by Walker, because I remember it was inconsistent.
OK, that's a weird new one. I suggest you go to the driver section and reselect those drivers as active drivers. There were instances which had only one car of two participating in the race and this has somewhat the smell of the same (kind of) bug. Or if you don't mind you could leave it as it is to see if it happens here as well, but I don't know if this actually would help the devs since the culprit seems to be known and server problem related.

It happened again
I sent the practice lap 3 of the car 1 and everything went well, then I selected the car 2 and sent the practice lap 3 of the car 2 but instead of appearing as the practice lap 3 in the practice lap box of Car 2 appeared as practice lap 4 in the practice lap box of car 1.
