1. When i view races via the mobile app, if i am on wifi, there is a regular lag. Very short so maybe like 2 seconds but it happens constantly so it ends up being hugely annoying. But if i switch to my mobile network, everything is smooth.
2. Navigating the website on desktop is like dighing rocks. Every click takes like 4-5 seconds to actually happen on screen. This has only happened in the last few weeks, i have never had any issues previously
Sorry yes it is haha, i keep checking with my other account sorry. Whenni say both on wifi i meant The wifi is at home and my desktop is connected via wifi
I suspect it may be your Wi-Fi connection giving you a hard time.
I don't know if Internet Service Providers do something similar where you live, but you should have a gateway in your home that gives off the Wi-Fi signal. Unplug that device from the power source for 10 seconds, then plug it back in and let it get situated. It may take 5-10 minutes for your Internet connection to be online again.
You can also make sure that you aren't suffering from interference from neighboring homes' Wi-Fi signals (if you understand how to navigate your gateway's web page).
Also, I recommend performing an Internet connection speed test at www.speedtest.net. Share the results here. It's may help provide insight on what the issue is.
Old tricks to speed up Internet connections still work on modern computers. If you want to give it a try!

Add GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize as a new “DWORD” Modify its value to 65535 decimal.
If you follow the instructions to the letter, I guarantee you will feel a positive effect, albeit small, on your Wifi Internet connection.
