Hi,
I have bought a level 8 staffmember with 5 stars. But he has much worser ratings then my level 7 staffmember with 4 stars. Is this a bug or...? It costed me 9 tokens. I thought that higher level and stars compared to my level would give better ratings to the staffmember.

Javier. As I understand it at the moment for back room staff (CD, TD & DR) the only thing you have to worry about is their star rating. The other attributes don't currently have any bearing on their effectiveness.
Obviously this is different for drivers but their attributes can be increased by training whereas for backroom staff this isn't the case.

Yep I'm sure and I agree it makes the attributes meaningless. Hopefully at some point in the future the devs will introduce some method to allow managers to train staff thus increasing their attributes and as a result their star ratings.... I live in hope :-)
