Hi Zee, can you describe when the app is blacking out? Is it happening when you launch it, or coming back to it after a few hours? Are you experiencing the problem when using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
The app freezes or if go blank few secs - this one not usual- keep saying- Go to Race. Mess on screen then can be - race not found or connection lost - or it loads 50% of the game and then does nothing . Even deleting and re installing not work . It takes 5 mins to clear each time at least. I know one has to give time for other cars to finish but on laptop it’s cleared. So only on iPhone u see this. At moment. Wether this is affecting the free parts don’t know as none them either still. Not in Italy. ?haha. ??
