League

Hi guys,

I've been the leader of this league for 47 seasons and I've had to stop the pro division due to lack of numbers. Over those season I've been in and out of pro and elite but now I'm stuck in pro but I want to race and still be leader of the league.

So is there any possibility I can be moved back up to elite?
