Hello. How does auto-kick work? Is the interval of days of inactivity different at each tier? I saw that the rookie was expelled in 30 days, but in the elite tier has a manager who has been inactive for a longer time ...

When auto-kick was introduced nearly 2 years ago the inactivity thresholds were:
Rookie 30 days
Pro 60 days
Elite 90 days
AFAIK this is still the case.
