Hi there,

I was innactive for quite a long time and got back to the game.

The problem is that tried to recover password and it said that the e-mail/user was not in the data base. So, I registered via Facebook and somehow it got back my account, despite I tried the only e-mail accounts that I have.
I thought it was cool until I saw a "little" problem: Now my finances are ate minus 125 million.

Is there any way to reset the account or bring the finances up to positive again?

Hi.

This is something that is requested quite often and from the response to previous requests I can say that support will not write off the debt.

You have a number of options:

Abandon the team and create a new account / team.

Purchase 85 tokens, convert to game cash and clear the debt.

With careful financial management it shouldn't take too long to clear but there will be some restrictions during the period you're in debt.

A bit too late for you but advice for anyone else reading this thread...
If you are going to be absent from the game for an extended period it is better to pull your team out of a league. If you're Elite this will happen automatically after 90 days, for Pro 60 days and for Rookie 30 days but in this time it is possible to run up a sizeable debt.
