Start of season design cap?

Does anyone know definitively what the design cap is for the start of the season? I have a few attributes ABOVE 50, so would be good to get confirmation on this. I'm Lv.19 and racing in Elite.

Yeah, I'm assuming they have now too. But they never made it clear they would be changing the start of season design cap. They have handicapped me me now.

Maybe you have a few attributes above 50 because of suppliers/sponsors bonus?

I took them into account when first making the post, and have just double checked and they are on the tyre and fuel economy suppliers. So DOWN and HAND are both above 50 of their own accord.
