3 tokens... Buy the ideal setup and it will change the ride height and wing settings to whatever is required for the prevailing weather conditions at the time of the race.
If you're in a two car league you can also use the information from car number 1 to set car number 2 to the correct values.

Depends on the tier you are competing in. In the old 0-50 set up range if it went from raining to dry you just subtract 12 from the wet settings for ride height and wing (assuming normal rain).
Now presumably you would subtract 24 for Elite, 12 for Pro and around 5 for Rookie.
