I have a question. Staff wages will be paid after a race or it's day to day?

Wages are paid per race. So if you only race once per week you only pay wages once per week and if you are not in a league you don't pay any wages.

This last point is important because if you are going to take a break from the game for a while you should remove your team from the league. If you don't you may find yourself heavily in debt on your return,
