Because you only get the price that is displayed when you put the driver/staff in the auction. In the example below you would only receive £7.3m regardless of the final price the winning bidder pays.



Edit: As I understand it you may only receive £4m if the buyer chooses to "Buy Now" for 9 tokens.

But why? Why buyer must pay big money, and seller dont take is. Bad transfer logic

And where is writen - im take only base price, other money has not been credited

You only get the initial selling price in order to stop managers creating many accounts and bidding multiple times in order to increase the profits made from selling the staff.
