There was no promotion!

I'm here to report an issue that happened in my league, it seems that we had no | PRO > Elite | promotion and the managers are pissed, I had all the 16 managers needed to enable the promotion.

I ask you Admins to manually promote:

Omega Sol - Omega Sol Racing Team;
Carlos Heitor Santos Rolim - San Juan Race;
Guedes Neto - Minard F1 Team;
Dark Gauss - Dark Gauss Racing Team;

I'm sorry about what happened. I've just fixed.
I promoted the four managers to the Elite category.
