Actual Level of Design

Hi Folks.

Elite. 200 level limit.

If you have a level 190 development statistic but with a +10 engine bonus, the front score shows as 200 but when you look at the slider, it shows as short of the maximum. Does this mean that I'm only getting 190 performance in races or 200 as shown. 

Also is it worth still upgrading the underlying stat to 200 even though it would really be at 210 (200 with cap).

190 design points + 10 Bonus = 200 (your value for the race) 

The bar/slider only shows design points, as you can't research the supplier bonus. 

You can upgrade the design to 200 design points, respectively 210 with bonus, if you want to switch suppliers afterwards. Otherwise it doesn't make sense 

200 is a hard cap. Anything over it is wasted.
