Hi,
I'm level 13, in a very competitive elite league. I've done 85 races overall and through that whole time my cars have been stronger in the race than in qualifying. But it's become much more obvious since moving to elite. For instance, in my last race, I qualified 21st and 22nd, the slowest of everyone on soft tyres. And yet in the race, my cars had the pace to make their way through the field, including a few level 18-20s, all the way to 9th and 10th. I'm not complaining about my situation, I just find it strange that I'm so uncompetitive over one lap but finishing races higher than my level would be expected to. Does anyone else have this? Is it something I'm doing to do with how I balance the car statistics? If anyone knows I'd love to have it explained to me. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jack,

When you qualified, you can't do anything to be at front. But... During the races, you're controlling your team. Maybe you know how to play very well and the others managers (level 18-20) don't know how to play in the same way as you. That could be the explanation of why you have better pace in races than in qualifying. Think about it.

Greetings! :-)
