After each race we receive a message about how much spying points we gained but also the team with the most Developed car, how accurate is this information with listed team with the most Developed car as ive been told it may not be 100% accurate?
It's 100% accurate. But it refers to the "most developed car", not to the "best developed car". It's the car with the highest overall design (total number of assigned design points), so it doesn't mean it must be necessarily the fastest car as well.
