No matter what I do I always seem to have a bad race strategy whether I think it through or not. I always have bad race pace and I just gradually get slower overtime, am I doing something wrong?

Hello,
There is many different race aspects that can cause you to be slower, but one way to explain you getting slower over time is that your tyres are gettting worn faster than your opponents. Two ways to help your tyre wear is to add DP to 'Tyre Economy'.
Also, making sure to maintain your tyre temperatures in the ideal range can also have an impact on overall race pace.

Train your driver up to 20 in all of the "Driving Ability" attributes before switching your focus to the "Mental" ones.
