Car design is trash

Hello ,

I entered a 20 race league after 10 races , so i spied 6 times with +acc cd and 4 times with +handling cd . And i got such low car design , i am used to have 40 for downforce for example , im in elite.

i got fuel economy 12 , used to have 32
       downforce     20                       40
       tyre economy 17                      34

can any mod plz look up my account ad tell me what happened ?
My new season is more than ruined before it even started ...

Yeah i do hate that the new season cars are random. I think everything at one but you get design points based on ur design
