iGP won't work on bluestacks

My phone recently broke, so I decided to use an android emulator on my PC to replicate the phone experience (as I personally liked it more for things that weren't transfer related) and I went to launch it today, and it's suddenly stopped working, 3 possible things happen:

1. The game gets stuck on a black screen, I have tested this scenario for up to 45 minutes.

2. The game gets stuck loading, tested for 30 minutes.

3. The game has horribly wrong proportions, the bottom left corner is in the top right and the rest of the app is unviewable.

My phone is getting fixed soon so this won't be a problem for too long, but now I'm just curious as to why

Why do you use an android emulator if you can play the game directly on the browser?

A. Browser edition feels more clunky to me and is also inconsistent for some reason (goes out on its own)

B. Overall I like the mobile experience more than browser, even in the cases where the browser edition isn't inconsistent

The problem is that bluestacks isn’t an official and safe option so that’s why we don’t include it in our test and optimisation. The game is currently supported on the app and browsers as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Opera. So unfortunately I can’t help you further.
