Is Azerbaijan a complete car circuit?

I mean, I have had the best car in braking, acceleration, driving in the different seasons I have been playing the Azerbaijan but I don't see a "better design".

What do you think affects that circuit?

Handling must be as important as the other 2 with so many low-medium speed corners. DF might be a bit useful in the last sector.
