Dear Devs,
I have previously tried to host a league and then abandoned it. Now, whenever I try to host a new league, I get a message saying the I cannot host a league. Please look into this matter give me a solution.

If I'm reading your post correctly it suggests that you are already the host of the abandoned league. Does that league still exist and are you the host? If this is the case, you are only permitted to host one league and the game will block you from any attempt to host another.
Please can you let me know the exact wording of the error message you receive when attempting to host a new league or better still a screen shot.
