Uninstall

Hi guys..i play igp thru PC. Was wondering how to uninstall so i can re install it. I'm missing some items on my igp menu...tried to insert a screen shot here but no luck..lol.....

Ctrl+Shift+R 
It will reload the page and clear anything previously saved by the site

meaning what Juanito??...i'm trying to uninstall igp from pc..currently it is in my bookmarks..how do i uninstall it. If i delete it in bookmarsks..it is still installed

I don't believe anything is installed, it's a browser game.

Clear cache/cookies may help from IE/ Chrome /Firefox - as Jaunito suggested

Hi CJ..i've cleared cache etc etc in Chrome. game still the same.I deleted igp in bookmarks. When i go to Google Play to Install igp it says game is already installed..so how do i uninstall it. There must be a way. I've seen posts on here from Devs who tell ppl to uninstall then re install game.

What? You said you wanted to uninstall from the browser, which is wrong because the game only saves in cache, so I suggest a hard refresh to fix it, but now you are saying Google Play Store?? If you have downloaded the game then search for iGP, uninstall it and then download it again.

Bookmarks just saves the link to a website and it doesn't save cache.

Will that mean you have the app installed on your tablet or phone?
If you're on Chrome Google play store on PC your Google account will be linked to your tablet or phone - that's where it will need to be uninstalled - that's where the app will be installed, not on PC.
That making sense?

CJ.. the app is on my PC..i play it on my PC..i dont play it on phone/tablet..never have

The app is ONLY for tablet/phone.
It's a browser game, app cannot be installed on PC.

If you want to delete your account create a ticket.

Which type of computer you use? Do you play the game on an Android emulator or something like it?

Firstly in answer to CJ..No i dont want my account deleted ( i love playing this game )..i just want be able to access all items in the game menu..Manager,Settings,Log out etc are missing from the menu..i play on ..desktop pc..windows 10 pro..64 bit OS..  And CJ..i PLAY on PC..never played on Tablet or Phone

if you are looking for manger, settings and things like that, they got moved in one the latest updates. you can now find them in the top right of your screen by clicking on your profile picture. that will then give you the things that you are saying you are missing

There isn't an app for Windows 10.
So it seems you are playing via browser and you might have saved a shortcut on your computer and it's thinking it's an app. Try entering the game and do Ctrl+Shift+R to see if it reloads and fixs it.

And by accessing Google Play, even if you don't play it via phone/tablet, it might have download in another device which is using the same google account, maybe on your parents phone.

Thanks Daniel/Juanito..i have tried ctrl+shift+r in game..it didnt fix it..but the only thing missing now is Manager..but i guess i can live with that...Oh & btw Juanito my parents died quite a while ago..i have kids & grand kids of my own.

Could be running an ad blocker also?

I know I had to add igpmanger to a whitelist/safelist if certain buttons/images are not showing
