I've just gone up to level 18, but have a level 17 CD that is 15 races from retirement. Even though he's level 17, he's still 4.5 stars. My question is, will the level 17 4.5 star CD create as many design points as a level 18 4.5 star CD, on account of the star rating being the same? Thanks in advance

I would recommend switching Designers as soon as you level up. I don't have the rates of next season Design Point gain for lower level CDs, but when they are 1 level lower, they give less points.

Take the example of level 20 accounts, they need lvl 20 Designers or lvl 19 5 stars.

Even if the star rating is the same? OK cool, I've already got a level 18 4.5 star CD in place,  I was just curious. It's so hard to find available CDs with the desired strengths and weaknesses when you're up at this level

Yes I do know that, Thanks for saying, but I'd rather wait till level 20 to do that as I'm still developing hq. That being said, the gap until i level up again is so huge it may be an option when I have enough tokens
