I'm in the elite league after 1 full season...
Here, all the other cars are on level 19 (I just became level 10). All the drivers and staff are full of 20's. The transfer market can offer 1-2-3 maybe 7 talented drivers. Now everyone 2-3 seconds or more quicker then me in any circumstances. So I'm wondering if is that a punishment to do a good job in my first season. If I carry on here, then my team will be broke in no time.

Hello,
The support team can relegate you to the Pro tier, but this needs to be requested before the end of the season. This is to stop any potential increased design making it unfair for the members currently in the Pro Tier.
 I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The new season starts on Saturday. I haven't made any major design improvement. Also in the Pro league there are a lot's of players who's not look after their teams.  That's why I have won the pro league. In the meantime a level 19 team joined to the pro league, and I'm on level 10. The 2 teams came up from rookie are level 7. I think it would be good for everyone if I start the season back in the pro league. I'm we will have some good races, and If I'll be promoted again to elite, I will a a much prepared team for it. I was in a very lucky case since I've joined this great game. I had only 19 races, 14 wins and I'm pretty sure it is far to early to be in the elite.

What is the point playing the game if not to get promoted this just makes a mockery of the promotion and relegation system as you will be relegated back to Pro at the end of the season anyway if you fail in Elite and this could go on every season with managers asking to be relegated until they feel strong enough to survive. I bet the league host will be ecstatic to see us moving up and down like a yoyo. Yes I am a manager in F1UK so feel I can comment on this. This is not an attack on you Nigel but if this is allowed the promotion element of the game would be worthless.

I want to share my opinion with you. What's the problem to be in Elite with a level 10 account against levels 20? I think there are positive things. Firstly, you can learn watching what the other players are doing. If you want to beat your rivals, learn about them. Secondly, you gain more EXP after each race because it supposed you are playing against better teams. Then, your levels improve quicker than if you're in Pro. 

Yes, I know. You be bored because you can't fight against levels 20. I totally agree... But sometimes the chat is better than the race. Keep fighting even if you have a level 10!

The problem is +2 s per lap from the 8th team. Guaranteed last place in race. I can't call it as fighting. Not too motivating. But yes, I can agree with your opinion about positives. But on the other hand, sponsors won't pay enough money to develop. Won't be able to improve the headquarters. Anyway I follow all the tiers see how others doing their race and strategy, and also watching other league races too. It's not a quick decision I was thinking a lot about it. I reached the elite tier too early. Normally if I choose another league it takes 2-3 seasons or more to win the pro. by the way there's not too much chat in that league, it's very quiet.

As highlighted in my original post, relegation requests must be made at the end of the season in order to reduce the design benefits. 
Once it gets to near the end of the season, create a forum thread and I will flag it to the support team's attention.
